I'm so glad I found this Wood Springs. I cannot say enough about their staff!! Veronica, Reggie, and Eduardo are some world class top notch customer service professionals!!! My room is clean. Showers works great, sheets and towels fresh, bed is very comfortable. Other guests/tenants are nice people. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Best value for any extended stay location in DFW area.
Amazing stay with all-star staff of Veronika, Reggie, and Eduardo who all patiently and kindly take care of all needs. Do look up how Extended Stays differ from regular hotels it's normal for these to charge if you want extra turnover on towels etc. Also a beautiful location close to everything! Thanks again y'all :)
This location is well run and efficient. Veronica is a super star and keeps guest/customer service a top priority! Keep in mind this is a low amenity facility don’t don’t expect bells and whistles with your stay. Clean Safe Efficient

Ms Veronica the Front desk clerk was very nice and friendly with assisting us with our reservation. You can tell she really cares about the customers and upholding the integrity of the company’s name and reputation. She is the best! I would definitely recommend staying here. The prices are fair and the service was excellent!
